Birth-week? Days of fun

A challenging week to get in good workouts and eat well: lots of celebrating to be done.  Both anniversary and birthday, so lots of good times and good food.  But, too much good times and good food.  A punishing workout today and a tough one last night are good steps to getting back on track.  Diet was better today.  

A couple of embassy events next week will make for another difficult week for controlling caloric intake and getting enough time in the gym.
